My name is Javier, and I am the son of Pedro and Mara, who built Canpera as a place where family and friends could come together and enjoy special moments.
The villa's name has a special meaning. "Can" means house in Mallorcan, while "PeRa" comes from our family surnames, Pérez Rabasa. Staying at Canpera is a way of discovering a small part of our family story.
For many years, this house has been a place where our family gathered to create lasting memories. Today, we open its doors so that other families and groups of friends can enjoy it and create their own special moments.
We believe that the best holidays are not defined only by the destination, but by the moments shared together. That is why our villas are designed to bring people together and create experiences worth remembering.
Our philosophy
Canpera was created as a place where family and friends could spend quality time together, share special moments and build memories that last a lifetime.
Today, I continue to manage this property and other holiday homes with the same philosophy that inspired its creation: offering welcoming, carefully maintained spaces where families and groups of friends can enjoy an authentic and worry-free experience.
As both owner and manager, I am personally involved in ensuring that every stay is as comfortable as possible. I am available before and during your visit to answer questions, provide recommendations and help make your holiday truly memorable.
